Free-plan outputs are personal and non-commercial. Pro/Premier songs created while subscribed and obtained through an eligible official download may be used commercially; those rights are not automatically lost when the subscription ends. A later subscription does not automatically grant retroactive rights to free-period songs; the original creator may use Suno's paid-download process for their own earlier song. Remixes of another creator's work are not commercial. You must have rights to uploaded lyrics, audio, images and voice material.
